We build bars to outlast the bike they're bolted to. If ours don't, we replace them.
Lifetime structural warranty
Every weld, every bend and the steel itself are covered for the lifetime of the original buyer. If a Steel Guru bar cracks, breaks or a weld fails under normal riding conditions, we replace or rebuild it at our cost — including EU shipping both ways.
10-year finish warranty
Powder coat, gloss powder, chrome and RAL colour finishes are guaranteed against peeling, blistering, bubbling and delamination for ten years from the delivery date. Fair-wear polish marks and stone-chip damage aren't covered.
What isn't covered
Damage from crashes, drops, aftermarket modifications, drilling beyond factory holes, incorrect installation or use on non-Harley-Davidson bikes. Corrosion caused by leaving bare or raw-finish bars exposed to salt without the recommended clear coat.
How to claim
Email photos and your order number to info@steel-guru.eu. We reply within one working day, arrange collection when needed, and turn a warranty rebuild around in 5 working days.
