Harley-Davidson crash bars
The same 3 mm S235 steel and the same hand-welded build as our handlebars, wrapped around the engine of your Harley. Every bar is made to order for the bike you tell us about, with no drilling and no frame modification.

2024 and newer Street Glide and Road Glide
From 2024 the Street Glide and Road Glide run a wider Milwaukee-Eight 117 and a reworked front frame area, so the current SG Slider Pro does not clear them. We build those as bespoke jobs instead: send a sketch or just tell us the bike and we quote it free, fixed price inside 48 hours.

- 2024 and newer Street Glide and Road Glide, as the engine is wider from 2024 and the bar won't clear
- All CVO models
- Trikes: Tri Glide, Freewheeler, Road Glide 3
Bike not on the list? We'll still build it.
Send us a sketch or just tell us what you're riding, and our engineers will design it and quote it free, fixed price inside 48 hours.
A crash bar is designed to protect your motorcycle's bodywork and engine cases. It is not certified safety equipment and is not a substitute for protective riding gear.
